Conveniently located near the New York–Connecticut border, this opportunity is ideal for nurses residing in Westchester County, NY, and nearby communities.

Case Information

Location: Greenwich, CT
Patient: 2-year-old pediatric client
Clinical Needs: Tracheostomy care and temporary G-tube care
Home Environment: Beautiful family home, smoke-free, with no pets
Family: Warm, supportive, and welcoming

Available Shifts

• 12-Hour Day Shifts
• 12-Hour Overnight Shifts
• Flexible Per Diem Scheduling

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN License
• New York applicants must maintain active LPN licenses in both New York and Connecticut
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing pediatric trach and G-tube care
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physical Exam completed within the past year
• PPD/QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or Chest X-Ray completed within the past five years
