Location: Greenwich, CT
Patient: 2-year-old pediatric client
Care Needs: Trach care and temporary G-tube care
Home Environment: Beautiful family home with no pets and no smokers
Family: Supportive and welcoming family

Available Shifts

Day Shift: 12-Hour Shifts
Overnight: 12-Hour Shifts
Flexible Per Diem Scheduling

Requirements

Active Connecticut RN License
New York applicants must hold active RN licenses in both New York and Connecticut
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience with pediatric trach and G-tube care
Current BLS Certification
Eligibility to work in the United States
Physical Exam within the past year
PPD/QuantiFERON within the past year or Chest X-Ray within the past five years
