Affirmed Home Care is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide high-quality one-on-one care to clients throughout Rochelle Park and surrounding South Jersey areas.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care based on each client’s individualized care plan
• Assess and monitor clients’ health conditions and clinical needs
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments
• Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures within your scope of practice
• Recognize and report changes in the client’s condition
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and other healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate clients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care plans
• Promote the client’s comfort, safety, dignity, and independence
• Provide professional and compassionate care in the client’s home

What We’re Looking For

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional
• Comfortable working independently in a home-care setting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• EHR and clinical documentation experience preferred
