Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem Private Duty
One-on-One Pediatric Home Care

Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced and compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one private duty care for pediatric patients in their homes. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about delivering individualized, high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

We have immediate opportunities available throughout Sussex County, along with a dedicated overnight case in Boonton, NJ.

Featured Overnight Case

Boonton, NJ
10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Care for a 3-year-old pediatric patient requiring overnight support, including respiratory management and GJT feedings. This case is well-suited for an RN with hands-on experience in managing complex pediatric needs.

Compensation

• $39.00 – $41.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license
• At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience (home care or acute care setting)
• Experience with pediatric respiratory care and GJT feedings 
• Current BLS certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Health Requirements:

• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
