Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate Per Diem Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated clinical team throughout Bergen and Passaic Counties. About the Role

As an Affirmed Pediatric RN or LPN, you will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients with complex medical needs in the comfort of their homes. Our cases allow you to focus fully on your patient—without the fast-paced demands of a facility.

We also offer school nursing opportunities, including substitute assignments, one-on-one school cases, and bus runs for children requiring nursing support during the school day.

Experience caring for medically fragile children, including those requiring tracheostomy and/or ventilator support, is preferred but not required. Most shifts are 8–12 hours, offering consistency, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child’s life.

Qualifications

For RNs & LPNs

• Pediatric nursing experience preferred (acute care or home care)

• Pediatric trach and vent experience preferred

• Experience with medically complex pediatric patients preferred

• Active NJ RN or LPN license

• Current BLS (RN) or PALS (LPN) certification

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within the past 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
