Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN or RN to provide 1:1 private-duty nursing care to a pediatric client in Monroe Township, NJ.

Location: Monroe Township, NJ 08831
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on licensure and experience
Hiring Need: Immediate opening

We are looking for a dependable nurse with pediatric experience who is ready to join our team and provide attentive, personalized care to a medically complex pediatric client. Candidates available to complete onboarding promptly are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric nursing care

• Assist with feeding tube care and seizure monitoring

• Support respiratory needs and activities of daily living

• Monitor the client’s condition and report changes as needed

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation

Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN or RN license

• Current BLS certification

• Pediatric nursing experience required

• Feeding tube/GJ-tube experience preferred

• Experience with medically complex pediatric clients preferred

• Reliable transportation

• Current physical and required health documentation

• Authorized to work in the United States
