Affirmed Home Care is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional one-on-one care to clients throughout Hunterdon County, NJ.

We are actively hiring LPNs for private-duty home care assignments with opportunities available in Flemington, Clinton, Readington, Lebanon, High Bridge, Lambertville, and surrounding Hunterdon County communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the client’s home

• Administer medications and treatments as directed

• Monitor and document patient status

• Assist with care plan implementation

• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred

• Home care experience a plus

• Current BLS/CPR Certification

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Reliable transportation strongly preferred
