Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Per Diem Home Care | Vent/Trach | $35-$38/hr

Affirmed Home Care is currently hiring experienced Per Diem Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support home care cases throughout Pennsauken, NJ and Camden County. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about pediatric care and value the ability to build meaningful, one-on-one relationships with their patients.

Position Overview

In this role, you will provide individualized, one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs in a home setting. This environment allows you to focus entirely on your patient while delivering high-quality, attentive care.

Most cases offer 8–12 hour shifts, providing both flexibility and consistency in scheduling.

Candidates with experience caring for medically fragile children, including those requiring tracheostomy and ventilator support, are strongly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience in home care or acute care 
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care 
• Experience with medically complex pediatric patients 
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Health Requirements:

• Physical exam completed within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
