Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Westchester County
$40/hour • $125 per visit • Flexible 12-Hour Shifts

Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced LPNs for per diem opportunities throughout Westchester County, including White Plains, Yonkers, Scarsdale, Larchmont, New Rochelle, Tarrytown, Ossining, Mt. Kisco, Pleasantville, and surrounding areas.

Requirements:

• 1+ year recent LPN experience (acute care preferred)

• Active NYS LPN license & current BLS

• Physical within 1 year

• PPD/QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years

• MMR within 10 years

• Driver’s license preferred
