Your Role as a Per Diem HHA

As part of the Affirmed Home Care team, you’ll provide compassionate, one-on-one care that helps clients live safely and comfortably at home.
Your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

• Medication reminders

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Companionship and emotional support

What You’ll Need

• Valid NJ Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate

• At least 1 year of experience as an HHA (preferred)

• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Physical exam within the past year

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 12 months (or chest X-ray within 5 years)

• MMR immunization (within 10 years)

• Valid flu vaccine

• Driver’s license preferred but not required
