HHA Job Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance

HHA Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Home Health Aide experience

• Valid New York State HHA Certificate

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (REQUIRED)

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Physical exam within the last 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON test within 1 year OR chest X-ray within 5 years

• MMR immunization within 10 years
