We have several current case openings offering consistent hours and the opportunity to provide meaningful, one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes.

Available Cases & Schedules

• Glen Cove: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
• Glen Head: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Oyster Bay: Friday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Qualifications

• Active New York State HHA certification required
• Minimum of one year of HHA experience
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Reliable transportation strongly preferred

Required Health Documentation
Candidates must provide the required health documentation for onboarding, including:

• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON test completed within the past 12 months, or a chest X-ray completed within the past 5 years
• MMR immunization documentation, as required by applicable onboarding requirements
