Affirmed Home Care is currently seeking experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one private duty care for clients throughout Suffolk County, NY, including towns in Huntington, Northport, Dix Hills and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care assistance
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Offer medication reminders
• Assist with light housekeeping
• Prepare meals
• Provide companionship and emotional support

What You’ll Need:

• At least 1 year of HHA experience
• Valid New York State HHA Certificate
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
• MMR immunization within 10 years
