Affirmed Home Care is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) for a one-on-one private duty case in Middlesex County, NJ. The caregiver will provide high-quality, personalized care to a client in a home setting.

Responsibilities:
Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Assist with ADLs and medication reminders
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer companionship and emotional support
Ensure client safety and comfort

Requirements:
Valid NJ HHA Certification
Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Current physical, PPD/QuantiFERON (or chest X-ray), MMR, and flu vaccine or approved exemption
